RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2×24 hours after the order is received.

To be eligible:

• A complete, unedited unboxing video is required, recorded from before opening the package until the product is fully unpacked.
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  
• All original tags, packaging, dust bags, boxes, and accessories must remain complete and intact.
  
• Eligibility is subject to review depending on the product and reason for request.
  

Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.
